I completed the ITEC Physical Activity For Children course with the Fitness Academy in July 2013. The course opened many doors for me in a fast growing area of the fitness industry, I am now working with a children’s fitness company bringing fitness to children in schools and crèches and also running my own kids fitness classes in my area. After the course, I am confident in teaching children from age 2 and above! I would recommend this course to anyone looking to move into teaching kids fitness!

I completed the gym/ fitness studio instructor & personal training courses with the Fitness Academy. I thoroughly enjoyed both courses & would highly recommend the Fitness Academy to anyone. I have recently secured employment in Krakow, Poland as a personal trainer. It’s upon my highest recommendation that you choose the Fitness Academy as I’ve successfully completed the Personal Training course with Patrick. His time & dedication he gave to me & to the other students doing other courses that are run by the Fitness Academy is unquestionable! I recently finished the fitness instructor and gym studio course. Since I finished I’m teaching 7 classes a week at the moment. I love every minute of it I wont actually call it work. I would like to thank Paddy, Gemma, Terry and Jennifer for all there help and knowledge during the course it has been invaluable in making out and teaching classes. I would highly recommend this course to anybody thinking of doing it. I travelled up from Waterford for every class and loved every minute of course. Thanks again.

I am currently doing the personal training course with The Fitness Academy and I haven’t a bad word to say, the tutors are very professional and explain every part of the course in detail. The Fitness Academy team help you take everything in and are available whenever you need help inside and outside of the course. I would highly recommend the Fitness Academy to everyone and anyone of all levels who wish to pursue a career in fitness as you wont regret your choice as I haven’t..

I’m training with Patrick O’Hanlon since June 2010 in his Kettlebell Boot camp. I have to say, it’s the best training I have ever had. I find gyms are boring, time consuming and it’s annoying when there are no machines available to use. The kettlebell boot camp is a great 60 minute work out twice a week. A great combination of cardio training & kettlebells. You get out what you put in, and Patrick makes sure you push yourself to the max. I feel great in myself now. Feels good to be fit and healthy.
